Lord, I bring [name] before You today. You know exactly where they are — what they're thinking, who they're with, what's pulling at them. Protect them from influences that would pull them away from You and from who they really are. Give them wisdom in the friendships they choose. Guard their mind from the lies the world is telling them about their worth, their body, their identity. Anchor their identity in You. Amen.
When Your Teenager Is Pulling Away
A teenager pulling away from faith or from parents is not the end of the story — it is often part of the story. Keep praying. Keep the relationship warm even when they push. Don't slam the door. Trust that the seeds planted in childhood do not disappear.
